There is a backhoe advertised that fits a Kubota 7100 with 3 point hitch. Would this hoe be suitable for a Kubota B8200. Any info would be helpfull.ThanksBryan in BC.

If the backhoe is mounted on the three point hitch of the B7100, than it will fit. If it's a subframe mounted backhoe then you will either need to buy a 3 p.t. hitch kit or the proper subframe for a B8200. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions ....

I have a mid '80's b7100 that I mounted a 3 pt Woods 6500 on. Hoe works great but is a bit too heavy for this tractor. I added 100 more pounds up front and the machine is now a bit more steady but the front wheels still come off the ground in some situations. If I was to do it again I'd consider the sub frame mount instead of the 3pt. The sub frame would be much more solid and it looks like the hoe would not extend out as far. This might keep the weight of the hoe closer in behind the rear wheels and keep the tractor more stable. ....
